Our Sapphire kitchen would like to introduce you to our latest January promotion with some new delish additions. Starting the party with a Thai appetizer, Scallop Miang Kham—a truly mix between Thai and western cuisine. Savory scallops with shallot and fresh ginger wrapped with betel leaves are served with home-made sauce. For the main course we have prepared not one, but three dishes for you: Kai Look Kuey, Fried Snapper with lemon glass and Pork loin curry, all of which are signature Thai dishes you are guaranteed to have not tasted at any mainstream Thai restaurant in any part of the world, except here in Thailand. Also, finish off your great meal with our mango panna cotta that will absolutely leave you wanting more.
