Community Cleanup Activity
On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 9:30 AM, GlamHabitat Hotel proudly joined the Kamala Beach volunteer community for a meaningful public cleanup activity. Organized in collaboration with the Kamala Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO), the event was part of the Royal Volunteer Spirit Program, held in honor of His Majesty the King’s birthday on July 28.
The Kamala Beach volunteer community event took place near Kamara Mosque, Moo 2, Kamala Subdistrict, Kathu District, Phuket. It was honored by the presence of Mr. Akkarapol Suttirak Jitsupap, Chief District Officer of Kathu and Director of the Royal Volunteer Center of Kathu District, and Mr. Santhat Khummit, Deputy Mayor of Kamala SAO.
Local leaders and organizations showed their strong support. Attendees included Mr. Ismael Yommudee, Secretary to the Mayor; Mr. Pravee Ratana, Chief Administrator of Kamala SAO; and Mr. Chaipon Muad-iad, Deputy Chief Administrator. Police officers from Kamala, Kathu, and Patong Stations, along with Royal Volunteers, school representatives, village heads, and business operators from Kamala, also took part.
As part of the Kamala Beach volunteer community, GlamHabitat Hotel is committed to taking action that benefits both the environment and the local society. This initiative highlights the hotel’s dedication to sustainability, public engagement, and preserving the beauty of Kamala Beach for future generations.
