Practical life-saving skills to ensure guest safety

Glam Habitat Hotel Kamala Beach recently organized a CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training session for its staff, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to guest safety and professional service. The session was conducted by certified medical professionals from Nabon Sahaclinic, focusing on life-saving procedures in emergency situations.
The training was designed to equip staff with the ability to effectively respond to sudden health crises, such as cardiac arrest, unconsciousness, or respiratory distress. These emergencies can occur at any time, and immediate CPR can significantly increase the chance of survival before medical teams arrive.
During the session, participants learned essential skills including how to check for vital signs, call for emergency help, perform chest compressions properly, and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The training emphasized both theoretical understanding and hands-on practice through simulated real-life scenarios.
The initiative highlights the hotel’s proactive approach to guest welfare—not only in providing high-quality accommodations but also in ensuring guests are in safe hands throughout their stay. Having well-trained personnel capable of responding calmly and efficiently to medical emergencies enhances guest confidence and peace of mind.
Staff who participated in the training expressed gratitude for the opportunity, noting that the experience was not only informative but also empowering. It instilled a sense of responsibility and pride in being part of a team that values guest care on every level.
Glam Habitat Hotel Kamala Beach continues to prioritize safety by investing in regular staff development and emergency preparedness—affirming its role as a trusted destination where care extends beyond comfort.
