Accessibility Guide

Detailed access information for guests and visitors

Glam Habitat Hotel welcomes all guests and wants everyone to be able to plan their visit with confidence. This guide gives detailed, factual information about the accessibility of our building, rooms, and facilities, so that guests with disabilities, older guests, families with pushchairs, and anyone with an access requirement can decide whether we meet their needs, and know what to expect before they arrive.

If you have a specific requirement not covered here, please contact us directly. We are happy to answer questions and, wherever possible, make reasonable adjustments.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout Glam Habitat Hotel, including public areas and restaurants. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with an assistance dog so we can prepare appropriately.

Emergency and Evacuation

All guests who may need assistance to evacuate the building are asked to inform reception at check-in so that a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan can be arranged for the duration of their stay.

Staff Training

All staff complete disability awareness and accessible customer service training as part of induction, with refresher training provided periodically. This includes guidance on assisting guests with mobility, sensory, cognitive, and communication access needs, and on the correct use of accessibility equipment on site.

Feedback and Continual Improvement

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Glam Habitat Hotel, including where this guide could be clearer or where our facilities could be improved. Feedback can be given at reception, by email, or via our website, and is reviewed by the management team as part of our ongoing Green Tourism action plan.

This guide is reviewed at least annually, or sooner if facilities change, alongside our Green Hotel Policy.
