3 Months of Care Leading to the Winners Announcement
Three months ago, Glam Habitat Hotel launched a special internal activity called “Tree-Pairing Planting” for our staff members. The aim was to encourage teamwork, raise environmental awareness, and foster sustainability within our workplace.
This activity was more than just a friendly competition—it was an opportunity for colleagues to bond, nurture responsibility, and grow together through caring for something as simple yet meaningful as a young plant.
Each team received a plant to take care of by watering, fertilizing, and monitoring its growth. Over the course of three months, every plant flourished beautifully, reflecting the dedication and effort of its caretakers.
Winners Announcement
After careful evaluation, the organizing committee selected the most well-nurtured and healthy plants as the winners. The results were as follows:
First Prize – 1,000 THB
Second Prize – 500 THB
Third Prize – 300 THB
These prizes not only recognized the hard work of the winning teams but also served as motivation for all staff members to continue caring for the environment in their everyday lives.
From Plants to the Hotel’s Vegetable Garden
Following the competition, every single plant was transplanted into the hotel’s vegetable garden. This step ensures that the effort and care put into the activity lives on, contributing to fresh produce for the hotel kitchen, expanding our green space, and helping reduce carbon emissions.
By integrating the plants into our garden, the activity’s impact goes beyond a one-time event—it becomes a sustainable practice that benefits both the organization and the environment.
